The year 2023 was declared the Year of Health for JSCo ‘Russian Railways’. In January 2024, our company organised a grand closing event in the form of a business forum.

 

Employees from all regions of Russia who had excelled in implementing a healthy lifestyle programme were invited to the forum. More than 300 employees of JSCo ‘Russian Railways’ took part in the event. During the forum, they were fully immersed in the topic of healthy living for four days. In addition to the gala dinner and award ceremony, the forum programme included a sports day, daily morning exercises, an interactive health check zone and first aid training.

 

The following events took place as part of the Forum:

• Panel discussion 'Forming a responsible attitude to one's own health: the role of the state and the employer';

• Thematic sessions on different aspects of a healthy lifestyle;

• Master classes and training sessions;

• Award ceremony for employees.

 

The Forum participants were also treated to guest speakers and an excursion programme to the museum complex of the Patriotic Military Park and the Temple of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
