We designed and delivered a five-day incentive tour to Kamchatka for the Avito Auto team, combining the region's unique natural landscapes, outdoor activities and shared team experiences.

The itinerary included jeep expeditions to Camel Mountain and Khalaktyrsky Beach, a boat trip with fishing and a dinner prepared from the catch, a helicopter excursion to protected areas of the South Kamchatka reserve, rafting on the Bystraya River and a visit to an ethnic village with a cultural programme and local cuisine.

We provided end-to-end organisation: logistics and transfers, accommodation, professional guides, catering, transport and equipment hire, and coordination throughout the programme. Flights, on-site organisers, photography and video coverage were also arranged.

The project demonstrated how an incentive trip can become more than a reward: a shared experience that brings a team together and creates lasting memories.
